Vipo acquires Hurum Plastindustri

Vipo is pleased to announce the agreement to acquire Hurum Plastindustri AS (HPI), a strategic move that strengthens our composites capabilities and expands our portfolio of solutions. The transaction is expected to close early 2026.

HPI is strategically located in Norway to serve its customers from the sites in Sætre, Sarpsborg and Namdalseid, with the headquarters in Sætre. With HPI Vipo will add 26 skilled professionals to its workforce.
